Due to the nature of the products that we offer we do not offer Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges. All of our products are custom made to order and to the specifications the buyers choose in the drop-down menus. If a customer chooses a custom color the color samples will sent to customer via text or email, buyer understands that colors may vary due to lot and lighting at time of photograph. New Vision Acrylics is not responsible for any mistakes that the buyer may make during selection from drop down menu, if buyer catches a mistake prior to the manufacturing of their product they are to notify New Vision Acrylics as soon as possible. Once Manufacturing Begins New Vision Acrylics cannot make any changes. All products must be paid in full in order to begin Manufacturing.
